Serious How tf do I photoshop my profile pics' jawline without looking ridiculuous?

Most of the time when I do that, it is visible and clear that it is photoshopped, idk how other masters do that. Are there any services that help you with that?

You have to photoshop your whole face, can't move your jawline without moving your maxilla, that's why it looks ridicuolous
