Rent these days nearly anywhere is $1,200+ for a 1 bedroom + renters insurance + 150 on utilities, etc. + money for deposit, ends up being a lot if you add up the yearly costs.

I desperately need a femoid to split the rent with me...having a roommate to split the rent is hell...i don't like sharing my living space with someone else, obv a femoid and a meaningful relationship is a different story.

gotta factor in your deposit, furniture, all the utensils and bullshit you bought for it. near doubles the price of rent.

roommates are awful, yeah. my parents are chill and live on opposite ends of the house so we don't bother each other.

Wow I feel sorry for the person who voted -100k +. I'm already depressed and full of anxiety as it is, I couldn't bear the pain and anxiety I would deal with if I was 100k in debt and to constantly be reminded of it and it's increase due to interest via mail or email or text etc.

As for me I'm fucking broke. 0$. But it beats being in debt.
