I myself usually spend around 14-18 hours a day online, I have nothing else to do in life besides rot in my bed all day

Due to extreme fatigue, depression and social anxiety, definitely "too much". Maybe something like 10-12? I should be working on (remote-)college stuff and exercising more (I'm not fat , but also not fit). But what's the point? At my age and with my looks... there is no point. And I'm always SO tired. Also social anxiety is extreme so I avoid going outside -- when possible!

Same. I'm trying to become more productive though, which can be tough as I'm constantly reminded of the fact that it is most likely over for me anyway.

Before living without internet, I spent about 15 hours on it.
Now after living without this, less than 3-4 hours maybe
