i mean counting is lowk for slaves, just eat whatever tf u want and how ever much you want. i dont do any type of sports and dont gain any weightI try to stick to 2400 calories a day as a 5'1" guy who climbs a few hours every other day, if I eat whatever I want I'll genuinely eat ~4000 a day, I was obese as a kid and had to starve myself to not be fat, I'm very prone to obesity

that + high metabolism + exercise, avg guy id estimate eats closee to 2800 a day the 2500 figure is low
