Discussion How many calories do you eat per day

Some days i eat somedays i forgot
 
I have high metabolism I just eat almost everything and don't have to always count calories
 
I try to stick to 2400 calories a day as a 5'1" guy who climbs a few hours every other day, if I eat whatever I want I'll genuinely eat ~4000 a day, I was obese as a kid and had to starve myself to not be fat, I'm very prone to obesity

i mean counting is lowk for slaves, just eat whatever tf u want and how ever much you want. i dont do any type of sports and dont gain any weight

Been eating 3000 a day on average from September-January. Cutting down now hopefully.

You don't even have an idea of what being "very prone to obesity" is. you're gulping what a much taller guy would on a daily basis as a 5'1 man, that is a lot of food.
I'm 176cm and I can't eat more than 2100 kcals or else I'll gain weight, Currently sitting at 71 kgs very average but I do LDAR, but with everything consudered?

Like I mentioned I do LDAR, but I'm surprised that you can eat this much.

Even when I was hyperactive my max maintenance was like 2400-2600kcal, you're eating that on daily basis while being 5'1 which makes me think that we have a sleeper mike mentzer among us with insane T reserves, maybe an overestimation.

i have microscopic femurs and tibias with a huge torso and 6'0 wingspan my actual bonemass is prolly that of a 5'8 guy

that + high metabolism + exercise, avg guy id estimate eats closee to 2800 a day the 2500 figure is low

I ate 3453 calories yesterday, 1650 so far today will prob eat around 3000 and the day before i ate 0 i was fasting
