Yet I see foids on social media working out telling their clients to eat 3000-5000cals a day and 190 grams of protein. If you think about it, I'm acrually a guardian of the planet, while the carbon footprint of these fit foids is a net negative, and they probably have ugly incels growing their food as well. Fit Chad is even worse, but he doesn't need to be that fit, just tall. Either way, his calorie intake is obscene. I remember seeing one and he ordered 5 chipotle bowls. They are a disgrace.

As per the rat study, all they do is live in an urban apartment with Chad and workout 6 days a week, downing nearly 200g of protein a day while pampering themselves just to look like a body builder with huge ass, and they will be worm food in a century. They produce shit, piss and garbage.

I want the garden of eatin' back!

i try to only eat 1000 cals a day cus i dont wanna get bloated but sometimes i get this insane appetite and then i just order like a shit ton of food for multiple days in a row

well its a menu so i get one bagel i can build myself with wtv i want in it and i get a soda and a chocolate chip cookie! i usually also get a piece of carrot cake because the one they have there is rly good

Protein has become a meme at this point. Protein bars, protein powder, protein shakes, protein oatmeal, protein cereal. Companies can just add some whey to a product, slap the word "PROTEIN" on the box, and there's people will buy it even when its clearly overpriced.

Most people who buy those products aren't even utilizing most of the protein they consume to grow or preserve muscle anyway. If you're not making the gains you want, your bottleneck isn't protein consumption. It's either not lifting heavy or often enough, or it's just genetic limitations.

You'd pretty much have to be a giga gymcel on tren to utilize 200+ grams of protein for muscle building, and as OP said most of these super jacked guys are urban/suburban guys who aren't even doing super labor intensive jobs. They're not even increasing their appeal to women as women only care about face, hair, height, age, and pheno. All they're doing by getting that big is impressing other gymbros.

Anyway, the modern diet is deficient in some things (fiber, omega 3s, magnesium) but protein isn't one of them. People who eat like that are just activating mTOR all day for no reason, and shortening their lifespan.
 
I eat 2900 cals a day with 100gms of protein a day, i am a jeet, i am a fat jeet (98kgs, 5'7)
 
I do think we are moving away from the overconsumption of calories though, especially with the rising popularity of GLP-1s. I think the obsession with protein will remain though. If anything it might get even more extreme because people on retatrutide or semaglutide will think "I'm not eating much so I gotta get my PROTEIN in when I do eat". Then again if you're only consuming 1200 calories a day, you might actually need to worry about your protein intake to some extent. But even then, it's still better (and cheaper) to get it from natural sources as opposed to ultra-processed slop with whey shoveled in.
