I subconsciously open my mouth when gaming or watching something

the worse is when you're sleeping so tape your mouth shut

during the day just focus on breathing through the nose

I don’t have that problem tbh. I used to but almost never nowadays unless I get really tired or nose is blocked cause feeling ill.

Over for mouthbreathers. My nose is always congested so now I've been dependant on xylometazoline for the last past 2-3 years. My mom has been using it for over 20 years now and I inherited her subhuman genes.

the breathe I took from the nose is %70 while mouth supplies me enough oxygen
