I start breathing uncontrollaby when I get in an elevator

If it's by myself I'm fine
But when I'm with other people, especially a women, my breathing gets really heavy and I have t otry not to breathe
The same if I am walking and there's a girl in front and there is no one else
I don't mean to do these things but my body just does it

This is why I always take the stairs if theres other people around

The building I went to, my classes were at the third floor
But the building was poorly designed and you could only take stairs up to floor 2, there was stairs up to floor 3 that lead to floor 2 but they were "exit only"
So I had to go to 2nd floor and take the elevator each time
