thing is; we already have lab grown body parts, but they are not commercially viable yes and mass produced
in a lab we already grew organs, and in some surgery practices they sometimes already might use lab grown body parts, like lab grown ears or inner parts of an ear, or something relatively insignificant like that
and with time, there will be better and better sexbots integration of it
first, obviously, sex bots need to be a thing. they need to be more intelligent, be able to walk on 2 legs, etc. there is still much work to be done in this field
it will obviously take time, but we will have the ability to grow an entirely lab grown face, including facial bones, cartilage and skin, and surgically attach it to you. the things we will be able to do soon will be wild
and this will also apply to sexbot girls. we will see, in our lifetimes ( assuming you dont rope), robot girls with lab grown skin, robot girls with lab grown human heads that are entirely empty, and eventually entirely lab grown android girls, grown without a brain, similar to how they grew a lamb in a lab
they will have female hormones, natural sexy female voice with a voicebox, naturally produces female pheremones, all without a brain, and just a computer + ai to contorl it
once lab grown meat will be most accessible, other parts of the human body that can be lab grown, will also start becoming normalized
