How can I increase my IQ?

I am ugly as hell (underbite, long midface) and also probably average or lower IQ. I physically cannot bring myself to learn new things, nothing interests me and I have a hard time doing anything that's intellectual. Should I really just LDAR and claim NEETbux forever? I am completely incapable of doing anything that would net me a decent amount of money, and no point in getting cash anyway due to a low IQ. My brain got fucked by meningitis at birth which probably lowered it by a few points as well. Fuck.

So how can I increase my IQ? Is it possible? Or should I just accept my fate as I have done with my looks, and rot in my basement till I'm 80?
