I've dieted and lost a lot of muscle mass and I've dieted with very little loss of muscle mass. Hell, I've even built muscle in a calorie deficit before. It's all about your approach. It has very little to do with "incel genetics." Diet like a retard = get retarded results. You learned the hard way; shitty diet and without working out will only give you a skinny fat physique.
