I fucking hate him, he has ruined my childhood and my life, but now he tries to act kind and get attention from me out of pity.

He's a loser who doesn't even pay the bills. I'm forced to spend time with him during the week, but I hate to do that shit.

How can I cope with hating him but having to act kind towards him? I also can't talk shit about him cause I have a lil bro who still has to spend a lot of time with him
