It's Over Had a breakdown for 2 days

For the past 3 days I LDAR'd literally. Then, my parents broke into my room and hassled me outside of it.
I stopped going to the gym and haven't gone for a week. Now I think I resetted all my progress.
I feel much better now. I think I will get back to the gym tomorrow or the day after it, but coping with my inceldom is getting tiresome, brocels.
