Even if it will "increase" my quality of life I will not have the motivation to continue.
I've tried to gymmaxx in High School but after that shitty experience I stopped.

You don't need the gym to work out. Infact I workout solely from home. All you need is some weights and calisthenic workout routine. Personally I have a pull up bar,50lb kettlebell and a 15lb set of dumbbells.

That's great man. You are going to make newbie gains (fast gains). Make sure you fulfill your nutritional requirements so you reap all the gains. .7-1g of protein per lb of bodyweight.

I been depressed for half my life. Working out is a highlight of my day because it allows me to forget all else. It's like cutting, but healthy. Both releases feel good hormones, and you feel rejuvenated relieved, and clear minded afterwards. Running is also very good for depression. When you hit a steady state, the effort becomes minimal. As you go on, the runners high kicks in and it amplifies the scenery and music.

Not healthy enough to do that type of exercises, it's totally over.

I used to. Now I'm a depressed alcoholic and can barely get out of bed.
 
Gymcelled for years and I'm still dying internally from cancer or some shit
