Venting Feeling like absolute crap. Didn't get any sleep the last two nights

No matter how many times I tried to sleep I couldn't do it. I couldn't get myself actually tired enough. I feel so bad as if I'm sick even though I'm not.

Strange. I've had the exact same issue.

Even my neighbour told me about how him and his wife couldn't sleep for the last two days.

Is this just a coincidence?
