I honestly don't think so. Race is something too obvious to be ignored. Everyone will treat or at least feel like treating people differently based on racial differences, just like it naturally happens with looks, sex or age. Not only do different races look very different from each other, but their average behavior also differ greatly and they even smell differently.
I think anti-racism is a myth, people will just pretend not to be racist like in the "Emperor's new clothes" story.
