Serious Why the FUCK is every business asking for tips

I get times are hard and yeah who wouldn't like some extra money. But the tipping culture here in the USA is completely getting out of hand.

Every business you go into they have that retarded iPad they flip around that asks you how much do you want to tip and your signature. No I'm not going to tip you for making me a fucking sandwich or making my coffee. It's literally your ENTIRE job to do that.

I've read stories of people getting shitty food, service, etc because someone doesn't agree to tip 15% of the price of their sandwich (which is the employees entire job to to do anyways).

Wouldn't be surprised if grocery store cashiers start asking for tips. I wageslave too, but my job doesn't have that retarded iPad so I cant get tips. Sometimes customers do hand me some cash and I greatly appreciate it but I dont expect it at all or think they have to.

Tldr; tipping culture in the USA is retarded and tips are earned not given

I've given up on eating out; I used to be willing to tip for good service but ugly and rude women think they are entitled to money. If I want slop, I use the deli section at the supermarket.
