For me I think it depends on what age you asked me this question. In my teens and 20s it was definitely depression that ruled my behavior. My every action since I hit 12/13 was trying to have me make friends and get into a relationship. Well that never happened. In my 30s anger has taken over and it invades my brain daily. I anger myself when I wake up. Others anger me when they live their happy lives. My family angers me when they have good news and my life keeps rotting as time goes by. Media angers me. TV angers me. Music angers me. Anime angers me. Porn angers me.

I am still in control but

Depression, but it manifests as apathy most of the time. Everything seems grey.
