I just realised while browsing humanphenotypes.net that my grandmother on the mothers side is a text book Baskid.

Makes sense since on my mothers side there was a very french surname - Bernad.

I could never figure out what mine is tbh. Dad is deffo dinaric. I look more like my mom though. AI tells me scandinavian or celtic or shit like that and that's just not the case.

Serbs don't seem to mix a lot. I pretty much have only serbs in my family aside from a great grandma who is a mystery slav (slovenian surname but apparently ethnically czech).

Yeah, we are very mixed in my family. There is also definitely something non European in me. Maybe something like Georgia, Azerbaijan or something Anatolian.

I believe we are partly native to the balkans on my mothers side but also something from my fathers side that is not native to Europe. Maybe even some Gypsy on my fathers side. Not sure though, but i have my suspicions

Unlikely. Going by Serbian DNA tests I have seen, most Serbs don't have any gypsy or Caucasus in them, just Balkan plus Slavic. You are probably just Dinaric.
