Would you rather have super speed or super strength?

I feel like I’d have more uses with super speed so I’d wanna go with that, but I wouldn’t like the drawback of everything feeling so damn slow to me. And super strength is a life sentence waiting to happen if you’re clumsy or have anger issues. But at least you could beat anyone on earth, fist right through their face.

Even if you end up prison, at least no one would be able to beat or rape you, you’d run the place, and you could probably break out. But you’d probably be in some government facility alone and heavily secured anyways due to your power.

superseed auto-turns into super strength if used correctly so no-brainer. For example with superspeed you could run into places, steal money or valuable + your speed converts into energy so if you punch someone with super speed its like having super strength anyway. I

I would choose infinite strength over infinite speed, though both powers could replicate one another to some exent, as I want to dominate the world around me so that I could live in comfort.
