Just wondering if any of you have a hobby, or just something that you geinuely enjoy doing. Lately I've been really into creative writing/drawing, but I've also played the guitar since I was in primary school.
I know these things will not fill the void, nor won't compensate for what we are lacking

I don't think it's possible not to have any hobby as you need to spend your time in some way, at worst it's just very passive or something
I'm into language learning, history (especially ancient Middle East) and I guess religion and philosophy to some extent as it's interconnected with history
I really want to get good at drawing and fiction writing (I'm great at writing essays, but that doesn't transfer, kek) but I'm constantly short on time (I attend a university, there's always something to do) and motivation I can draw simple cartoon ponies, especially in a chibi style (even "cuter" proportions than regular My Little Pony), and that's pretty satisfying, I still can't come up with compelling stories; I consider starting a small webcomic to work on both regularly

I'm interested in lots of stuff, but I'm not obsessed by any of them and I wouldn't call any of them a hobby.

I mean, hobbies are for people who work. For those who don't, what they do everyday could be considered by others as hobbies but for them, it's just how they spend their time.

I write too. This spring break I'm starting a new project that I've been tossing around for a couple months. There's a lot of research to be done and I plan to finish it around August.

Lately I've been really into supernatural fiction, horror, thriller and fantasy. As my favourite authors, I always list Stephen King, Dan Brown and Israeli Author- David Grossman.
What will be the project's theme? Don't worry bro, I promise not to steal ideas, so it's ok if you'll be very vague in your answer. I was planning to start with something as well, hence the question

I doubt I could ever revive it now, the bar for content quality is just so much higher these days.

I think it was near 1000 after a year or so, can't quite recall. I should of kept at it, but at the same time I was around 19 and tfw no gf was starting to hit so my nerdy hobbies started taking a backseat in favour of socialmaxxing with my older cousins who were all going out partying every weekend at that point. It didn't work of course. Mid-late teens are a funny few years, all those brain changes are a rollercoaster.

I sometimes miss those youtube days as it was a community of people with the same niche interest as me, a core group of people would often watch each others videos and replicate what we'd seen, it was comfy. I wonder where these people are now, most of their channels are dead so maybe they grew up and moved on in life or ended up like me.

Do any of your videos still get views? Most of mine are dead apart from one with my shitty teenage autistic voice explaining something, seems to attract a lot of viewers from south America for some reason.

Yea I still get about 20-25k views total daily. My biggest video is like 9.3 mil
