Not if your "girlfriend" just uses you for free meals and refuses sex with you all the time. When I was in school, a girl in a parallel class often had "boyfriends", but never put out with any of them. She did, however, require them to pay to go to the cinema, in restaurants etc.

The site explicitly says a man can be considered incel even if he’s not a virgin. If he had a relationship in the past, but has since been unable to find another partner, he would still be considered involuntarily celibate, i.e., an incel.
