my wrists are literally so small i can wrap my thumb and pinky around them with overlap. working out doesn't seem to change this bc no muscle there. they look rly pathetically girlish. what do?

no, the most you can do is forearm exercises or related compound movements, but if you're a framecel it won't make much of a difference.

i've been trying to also train my side delts bc my shoulders are crazy narrow, small ribcage, etc. i'm an avg height but rly slim. i don't look a lot like a guy from behind
 
My wrists look bigger when they're pumped after working out. But my hands are still small, so it doesn't matter

what you need to do is a weight lifting program with high fat, high protien food so you get more thicker instead of becomming ripped and thinner.

you sure about this? i've seen guys who can hold fat well and pull that off, but they have broad frames with thick bones. i'm slim with thin bones so doesn't seem like i'd wear that well.

Not really. Becoming extremely overweight will make your wrists bigger but that's probably not ideal. Growth hormone would probably eventually work but before seeing anything substantial you would probably end up with a HGH gut.

You can make your forearms bigger though

look at how fat people or bodybuilders do it
fatties it depends what genetics they have for fat distribution. my fat goes straight to stomach, i don't really put on any elsewhere. bodybuilders have aesthetic bone structures to start with or they don't make it far

isn't the problem with wrists that there aren't muscles to grow? i'm past bone growth age so igf/gh/cjc1295/ipam/any other gh adjacent stuff is no good

You can. But it will take a very long time.
Contrary to popular belief, bones do not completely stop growing as you age, as you still have HGH pumped constantly.

Your only real option is to work on your forearms everyday, since ligaments take a long time to build up, and the wear and tear will increase the size a little as well.

My father has worked manual labor for over 30 years and his wrists are basically the size of the rest of his forearms, which are not small.

Also, if you build forearm muscle, your thin wrists won't look as bad.

yeah fair. i rock climb and have hella good grip strength, forearms good, solid vascularity. unfortunately wrists seem to be mostly unchanged and forearms make them look even smaller relatively
