No. It says 60% is an automatic one day ban. The unstated part is: If you were at 0%.
He had 30% already so it became 90% total. Which is 4 days.
If he has 30% he doesn't just get a one day ban because the wording says "60% is an automatic one day ban" thereby making a 40% actually harsher because the PM doesn't come along with such wording and would have resulted in a two day ban for being 70% total.
the effect of giving 4 days in total with 60% for this while knowing that the system will do this combination, for this offence, in stead of just
1 hour is making it to harsh. the moderator who did this should reduce his warnings with a factor one hundred. and for now think. this was to much. in my oppinion. to the moderator who gave this 60 points.... I would like to ask: how would you feel if you would be banned so many days. artist singers like @Icarus get drunk. they mess up. don't motivate them to leave this site. cherish them. set him free now.

I didn't want to disrespect the moderators, they have a hard job. Instead I hoped to prevent someone leaving who has had many moments of kindness also, to me. He is my fren.

The mod team makes it good here. I was wrong to nag on and on about shorter punishment rules. @Friezacel was right. It is good that he is honest saying the truth and also speaking up. In stead of nagging I should have kept shut the fuck up, AND helped better by talking to the drunks asking to be good, BEFORE they were breaking the rules. Especialy me could have done that, if i would have chosen wiser, turns out Iam not perfect. I nag to often and I also did it before. There are some frens banned who I hope to see back, and I nagged about them too. But the mods forgave me for nagging. How cool is that. Seriously: I have never seen somewhere a better Mod team.
