Given that Kointo wasn't especially malicious and the mod that banned him is long gone, I went ahead and unbanned Kointo's main account @Kointo1 however, I doubt he'll be coming back, so this will likely be analogous to a posthumous pardon. He hasn't logged in since early 2021. I'm sure he moved on with his life.
Posting this in the off chance that you or someone else here is still in contact with him and can let him know he's unbanned should he actually be interested in returning.
