There seems to be an overwhelmingly negative outlook on looksmaxxing on incels.is, and understandably so.

However, I'm interested to see if there's any unicorns around who looksmaxxed and it has worked for them. Doesn't mean that they got laid, but at least they started getting more positive reactions from people and femoids.

By looksmaxxing, I mean the real shit. Either plastic surgery, or gymcelling for obese-cels or skeleton-cels. Haircuts and clothes don't count.
