Anyone tried Lipo on their neck and chin?

As many if you will have seen from my pics, my jawline and chin is shit and I normally have a double chin in photos despite not being overweight.

Now I can't really afford jaw surgery right now, but I'm wondering if lipo on my chin and neck would be a reasonable stop gap measure until I raise the funds? It'd remove my double chin and would make my chin and jaw look a bit better.

Anyone tried It?

I have the face of an overweight man even though I am skinny. Do you know how much that would just for the face cost?

Just look at the chin/neck area, all that fat storage is subhuman as fuck and I'm only 56kg. I know there's a whole bunch of other shit that needs improving but I don't have the money for more comprehensive surgery yet. The lipo on the neck/chin would just be a short-term solution until I can get wrap around jaw implants.

Fuck that is terrible fat distribution. I have a similar problem.

What bodyfat percentage are you at? If you don't have a six pack then you don't even know what your face looks like tbh.

Also unrelated but you should grow your hair out and get a modern haircut.

Well I don't have a six pack because I don't believe in gymcelling. My body fat percentage is like 12-13% though so it's not like it'll improve much from here anyway. Also, fuck the gym.

With my HT in March I'll have to shave my head anyway, so I think I might as well get people used to it being short. Yeah I know it looks shit.

Think the lipo could help as a stop gap measure until I can get my chin and jaw implants?

I highly doubt your bf is that low (most people drastically underestimate theirs). Post pic of body.

If you don't have ab definition then you're at least 15%. 

And why would you get a chin implant? Your chin reaches your lips, having a slightly longer chin isn't going to do anything.

You're 5/10 right now so if you're incel then you're definitely not NT. Try to become NT.

You'd rather shell out thousands of dollars for lipo than take the effort to lift weights a few times per week?

Lipo will probably help you. Do whatever you want but I think you really have the wrong mindset.

Lipo here doesn't cost so much anyway. Like $1500. I'll never gymcel because the no guarantee my fat will go from the face anyway...I might just be genetically fucked. And like I say...like fuck I'm lifting weights all my life to solve a problem that I can get solved in a few days with surgery....

How long are you tho cuz 56kg isnt much...
You dont need jawimplans youre lower third is quite big and youre jaw wide enough. If you get implants it will create a long horse face.
Try buccal fat removal and cheekbones implants. It will give youre jaw more definiton and hollow cheecks

Lets see....170cm height. Awful fat distribution. No jawline whatsoever. No hunter eyes. Oversized nose. NW2 hairline. Major dark circles under eyes that will need fat grafts.

There's only 2 people I've seen on this forum worse off than myself - FaceandLMS and Ropeman.

Take a look at a morph Ryo made for me with a larger jaw and the chin moved forward. I look waaaay better than I do now: https://imgur.com/a/uuSj2

Clearly my jawline/lower third is absolutely terrible. There's no definition at all, it just fades into my neck. Surgery is the only true answer but in the meantime I think lipo might help until I can raise the funds.

You're skinny fat, nowhere near 12.5%. You're about 17-18%. As I said, most people massively underestimate their body fat. Stop caring about your BMI, that's bullshit, focus on being lean. Lose more fat before you decide to go through with lipo. Sometimes it takes that little extra fat to lose before the face leans out, just ask @Zyros, he made amazing changes to his face by just dropping a little bit of weight when he already looked lean to begin with. He is probably well below his "normal BMI", but it doesn't matter because F A C E.

If I'm 18% now that would have made me near 40% when I was 71kg (my highest weight). Just cant see that being right because 40% is like obese tier and I was never THAT bad.

Werent you the guy who said yesterday getting lean was impossible without the gym anyway, and thatblosing more weight from this point would primarily be muscle?

It's possible without the gym, just nearly impossible to reach single digit body fat. I am not talking about getting to 8% body fat here, but around 10-12%, which is quite possible without the gym.

Getting to 12%, you will lose some muscle, but if you keep protein high and don't overdo the calorie deficit, it should be too much (hopefully), it's just when you want to go lower than that (when you get closer to 10%), that your body starts burning a lot of muscle. Hitting the gym is always recommended.

I guess the amount of muscle you will lose also depends on your natural testosterone production, if you're low, you will definitely lose muscle.

You can definitely drop to 50kg, just don't try to lose it too fast or you will end up losing muscle. Try with a 300 calorie deficit and keep protein high, that's about a pound of fat every 10-12 days, or 500 deficit and every week you lose about a pound, but then you may lose some muscle if you don't hit the gym.
