Anyone else feel too overwhelmed with options that they don't do anything all day.

I have a million things I could be doing right now besides waste my entire day browsing this site but I can never decide on what to do. If I would stop procrastinating and pick one thing I know it would be more fulfilling than wasting all day here but for some reason I'm still sitting here typing this out.
If my choices were more limited I would be forced to engage with those choices and would probably be more fulfilled.

Could be, even though I'm not convinced adhd is even a real thing but I've always been a procrastinator with a short attention span.

What's so great about working out?

gives u a feeling of self accomplishment/self worth and maybe a nice confidence boost, especially when u start to see massive progress, but im too lazy to grind for that shìt anymore and im too weak to lift the weights i used to and also i dont have enough space for certain exercises i want to do which discourages me further.
