Any tips how to decrease rebound time after social interaction and problem confrontation or how to avoid it at all?

If I keep working at this rate, I'll be die by old age before I can ascend or even just have a fullfilled NEET-life.

Open to anything.

Even drugs, legal or illegal. Will not be able to get most stuff now, but sooner or later I'll have to convince a doc to give me the hard stuff or some derivate.

My problems are depression, avoidant personality disorder, ASD, possibly borderline, ADHD and some traume.

My visus is only at 40% so no read a book vidya etc. ty.

In which regard?

I am talking about everything. Family gatherings, groupwork, going shopping, iatric consultation, the daily suifuel you encounter dealing with your problems.

I always need a lot of recovery time.

It's probably more of an introvert/sperg/anxiety thing. Not everyone will relate, I guess.

I need either some tips how to fasten up the recovery or how to be less affected in the first place.

I gotcha. Don't deny yourself recovery time, as it will backfire. Don't feel pressure to talk alot. Only talk when necessary. This will ease the burden alot.

Well. For me pot helps. That or have a few beers.

Besides that your doc could give you klonopin, xanax, etc.

Different things work for different people tbh

don't take drugs

just expose yourself to the more

you'll stop giving a shit after a while

I'd say easily Adderall. It works as an anti-depressant as well, you'd feel the happiest you'll ever feel for those few hours. As well as being beneficial for ADHD.

I dont know, i wageslave with no drugs :cryfeels:
