I think I have this a bit now, especially during the day. I go out mostly at night at the moment. I feel way too visible during the day, lol. I can't get lost in my own world because I feel like everyone is looking at me!

Having said that, uni is fun. I went. It's very good as long as you get stuck in socially...

My only big issue with it other than the cost is how moving so far away can make you lose touch with some people back home.

Any people that you value... I'd keep in contact with them and keep them in your life. That being said some people will drift away no matter what you do.

I always thought that Agoraphobia meant fear of men, because the word "Agori" means boy in Greek. Then I realised that Ancient Greeks called social spaces "Agora" (means market in Modern Greek) and I realised what Agoraphobia actually is.

Benzodiazepines is what you need for anxiety.

^ you could use benzodiazepines, but there are natural ways of increasing your gaba too. Might as well try keto diet and meditation. Personally for me keto diet works, it increases the amount of gaba. It worked wonders for my anxiety

my anxiety levels are through the rough when triggered so i avoid them. also i have agoraphobia and its brutal. i can only go to select places or else i lose my sshit.
