In a rich central-european city among white young men 6'2 is definitely a very normal height. It is not average, but what people fail to realize is that if let's say 6'0 is the average height, 50%(!) of men will be taller than that. So that means still a very large percentage of men will be 6'1 - 6'3.

The notorious problem with modern height studies is that immigrants from third world countries - which make up 50% of the population by now - are part of the test groups which are just plain short so they drag down the median. There are no studies exclusively for white men aged 18-30 because of "racism". And I know for a fact, because I live here and have eyeballs, that 6'1 - 6'3 is quite usual among them and not considered tall, it's considered the very bare minimum. I am 5'10 and have walked around college campuses in wealthy cities and felt microscopic. If you want to compete for a young white woman, not even 6ft is enough anymore. They themselves are huge, 5'7-5'9 is completely ordinary female height and if you go to any busy place with more than 30 people you will see more than enough 5'10+ girls as well.

In 10 years 6'1 will be the new 5'9. We are living in a terrible reality.
