In my country it's a felony to not help a seriously injured person. Cameras are everywhere so I'd probably call an ambulance and maybe try to stop the bleeding, but only because I don't want to go to prison. The last thing I want is to be in the news for letting someone die, potentially going to prison and everyone I know hating me even more than they already do.

Fortunately the cops partner was able to subdue the bitch IIRC and the both of them (ie boyfriend and slut) ended up in Nigger U as a result of their crimes.
