About 10 years ago, I saw a movie called the breakfast club. It sucks ass but I do appreciate it for helping me realize what life would be like. the plot is, 5 highschool students are put into detention. out of the 5 of them, there is a Stacy, a athlete Chad, a criminal Chad, a sub-5 nerd, and a emo foid. in the start, they all dislike each other, but they later all do drugs and talk and laugh. The movie tricks you into thinking it is a nice movie where they all become friends at the end, despite their differences in status. But, that is not the case. At the end, Stacy and the bad boy date, the athlete and the emo date, (the emo, once an outcast, gets her makeup done and soon after gets Chad) at the end, the nerd is all left alone, and to add insult to injury, they force him to finish all their homework. Happy music plays at the end, and they all dance, but the truth is, the nerd gets cucked, humilated, and belittled while the 4 others kiss and hold hands. It shows that, at best, the most favorable person you can be to normies, is the person that exists only to make them look better and feel better about themselves. This hurt to see when I first watched this, when I was around age 12. At first, you think, "the emo and the nerd are both outcasts, they should befriend each other," then, the emo gets a makeover, and goes straight to Chad. And the nerd is forced to watch.
