The worst part about meeting a new person for the first time.
It's knowing that they IMMEDIATELY register how fucking disgustingly unattractive you are.
I HATE that exact moment when you KNOW they're evaluating your face right fucking now, be it subconsciously or not. My head rapidly fills, and is nearly overflowing, with my innumerable facial flaws, and devastation over my facial asymmetry. I'm also devastated a second or two later knowing the conclusion they have just arrived at, that I look ugly and gross. This is worsened as I know the negativity this has already started subconsciously suggesting to them: that I'm probably weird and a loser, unassertive and weak-willed etc. If it's a girl, a look of "why are you here" and "why have I had to meet you" is often plastered across their face, and conveyed in their voice as they respond to my greeting.
They're more desirable than me, and the mere seconds where we're both realising that, are some of the most fucking terrible.
