Forcing women into every god damn profession no matter how unfit they are for the job is peak insanity for this gynocentric society. Women work fewer hours, less stressful positions, take more vacation and leave/retire earlier than men. That isn't even beginning to take into account all the productivity loss from their endless fuckups and incompetence. From a financial perspective, hiring even the absolute best woman over a man meeting the minimum requirements is a net negative for society at large. Especially when you consider how much of these women's education and training are completely paid by tax payer money.
