My diet is very simple, I eat one meal a day and try to keep it under 2,000 calories. I also have to eat the food in one sitting, I can't like save some for later and eat it later in the day. As that would count as 2 meals.

I've been doing the diet for 1 month and 1 week now. In the first month I lost 4 pounds. I have an 'official' weigh in once a month. I want to get to 145 pounds (I am 5'10). But I've got a long ways to go. So far I've only screwed up once where I ate twice in one day.

For what to eat, there is no limitations, its whatever I feel like eating.

So as an example say I went to Wendy's. I could get:
2 Spicy Chicken Sandwiches: 460 calories * 2 = 920 calories
Bacon Poutine: 670 calories
Chili Cheese Nachos: 360 calories
Large Diet Coke: 0 calories

So that would be 1950 calories.

Why not 5 small meals every 4 hours so you won't feel hungry all the time?

Do you have any muscles? Like are you Skinnyfat? I believe you're aiming at 10-12% bodyfat? If that's true then you have to loose way more then what you're thinking.

'official' weigh in once a month.
Wrong approach. You should weigh in every morning and keep a track of your weight. Use an app to store the data.

This can backfire. Best approach is to stick to one diet till you reach your goal.

JFL dude if you believe these numbers are accurate. They are usually 200-300 cals more. Plus these does not have enough fibre to keep you full. You need veggies dude. A large Greek Salad(no toppings) with egg whites.

It takes about 12 hours for our livers to digest the food. So this gives an average of 12 hours where my liver is empty and is forced to use my fat resources. When this switchover happens I can feel it. I have to endure through the suffering of that feeling of hunger and my body struggling hormonally as it switches to fat burning.

Ya I weigh more than people think because I have strong bones & on my legs & butt I have very large muscles. In highschool I was 145 lbs and was the ideal tone I want to be.

I weigh everyday out of curiosity, but the 'official' measurement I do once a month.

Greek Salads are a good idea, it is one of my favorite foods. Depending on how the weight loss goes, I may have to adjust the calories. I won't go over 2,000 calories no matter how active I am, but I might have to go lower, especially as I lose weight.

For the caloric values of the food who knows what the real numbers are in honesty, its a good point. As I go lower I plan on substituting the fries for baked potatoes. I ordered all that Wendy's food but I felt full before I finished it all, so I stopped.

The diet is the same everyday. One meal that is less than 2,000 calories.

Stomach be like: am I a joke to you?

I think you mean stomach and not liver.

Cope. In the end it's all about Calorie in vs Calorie out at the end of the day.

Like I said it's all about Calories In vs Calories Out. You can eat 50 calories every hour for 16 hours and still loose fat.

Thanks for the tip on greek salads. I really enjoy salads and need to lose some weight. Good luck with all people dieting.

Not healthy, optimum would be 2 lighter meals and no dinner.

Nice. The normies call this OMAD. Maybe I will give it a try, just don’t want to lose much muscle.

Read more on OMAD, also muscle lose with OMAD is significantly lower with OMAD because of HGH

good luck OP, I recommend this diet 100% and lost 30kgs myself, I recommend trying a lot of sodas with zero-calories
since they make your stomach feel full,
I also recommend doing low-carb, not only because of performance, for 2 reasons

#1 - high protein content, makes you feel fuller, reduces muscle loss and the body takes more calories to digest it
#2 - Mixing it with OMAD makes it so much easier, since you will never have to switch from fat burning state that drastically,
which reduces hunger significantly and increases weight loss

John Berardi's 7 Habits:

1. Eat every 2-3 hours, no matter what. You should eat between 5-8 meals per day.

2. Eat complete (containing all the essential amino acids), lean protein with each meal.

3. Eat fruits and/or vegetables with each food meal.

4. Ensure that your carbohydrate intake comes from fruits and vegetables. Exception: workout and post-workout drinks and meals.

5. Ensure that 25-35% of your energy intake comes from fat, with your fat intake split equally between saturates (e.g. animal fat), monounsaturates (e.g., olive oil), and polyunsaturates (e.g. flax oil, salmon oil).

6. Drink only non-calorie containing beverages, the best choices being water and green tea.

7. Eat mostly whole foods (except workout and post-workout drinks).

2000 kcals is not that low lol you dont weigh anything 2000kcals is literally break even you wont lose shit,
4lbs a month is pathetic and its probably muscle not fat
you need regular exercise to get hormone profile in check
drop 500kcals as still way above 1000kcal starvation mode so 1500kcals a day and you may see some results before next christmas

Just do omad if you're serious about weight loss

Good advice! I drink Diet sodas non-stop. I haven't experimented that much with high protein & OMAD yet.

30kgs is incredible weight loss, congrats! That is 66 pounds.

low carb goes along side with lowcarb/high fat diets since you will most likely eat meat, cheese and all of that which includes high amounts of protein
