Maybe this is connected to particular soldiers anger for not being breastfeed?

I'm sure not breastfeeding your kid will give them problems. But you don't need to have skipped breastfeeding to be a breast-cutter-offer. I'm willing to bet that most breast-cutter-offers were breastfed and they do it for other reasons. Other sicknesses in their heads.
