Incel literally means involuntary celibate but apparently everyone agrees that it now means a man who is hateful against women. Niggers claimed the word back with hip hop and made it mainstream until like 2015 when blue haired sjw told us no one except melanin people or hood niggas are able to say it. Everyone says it, especially when saying it in songs, so why don't we change the definition?
