Fabuła jest znacznie poważniejsza, choć i tak jest w niej dużo humoru i podtekstu. Znacznie ciekawsze postacie I cutscenki. Mapa to najlepsze miasto jakie widziałem w grach z otwartym światem, wydaje się bardzo wielka (dopóki nie masz helikoptera) bo wszystko jest zagęszczone. Misje są bardziej "realne" niż te w San Andreas, to bardziej coś w stylu Mafii 1. Cała gra to krytyka Ameryki i kapitalizmu

Freedom of whatever you want, you can do story missions, just shoot npcs (or ran them over), fight with cops, do random wagie jobs like taxi or ambulance driver. Drive or fly around the world while listening to amazing ost. With mods it's even better you can add new cars new weapons. And even add MP to old GTA games. I don't find GTA Online very fun as it's a pretty shallow experience with cars that you collect and don't do much with them.
