I don't know why I defend India,Bihar, Hinduism (I am atheist agnostic irreligious whatever u want to say) even though I want to detach myself from them and these two things have always let me down through discrimination by my own countrmen. Anyone else feels so. (For Everyone, not just Indian).

I don't think I am brainwashed (bc I have spent all my life without much human connection, how can I be brainwashed)

Was your family religious? How did you got in contact with it?
I hate my parents, yes only my mother is religious, and I hate her for that. Due to religion she don't let me cook non veg. I feel like I am raped by her cooked food, because I don't want to eat. I hate her religiousity, still when I am away from her, I try to defend religion. About country (i studied in army controlled school as a hosteller), so patriotism is ingrained in me. About Bihar, this is poorest state(province) in india, and due to this it's kind of burden on India, and hence I was discriminated, and hence defend Bihar.

tribalism is ingrained in everyone, but even more so in people from less developed cultures. it will probably lessen with time and you might even end up hating your own culture and country
