Serious Why do normies focus on shoulder - waist and not shoulder - hip

Is it because having narrow hips in comparison to shoulders is rare? Most people have a decent shoulder to waist ratio unless you’re unlucky but the shoulder to hip ratio well shoulder to waist to hip is what will carry an aesthetic build.

For men? I would guess because a man's hips are rarely ever baby-bearing size. Rarely ever that much bigger than the waist.
