Why do laid back interviewers make me uncomfortable

Job interviewers who are like too chill , recent one I went to were joking about porn and twitter, discord etc. I felt uncomfortable because i wanted to be treated like a wageslave not an equal valued staff. I legit had to wear a fake smile because i found none of their references and jokes funny, although i could appreciate the hustle.

He was pretty low cortisol and it unironically came up in the Convo, but yeah I don't know bro it's like preparing for a gym session and when you go there it's just a zumba class. It's a startup so I get it but yeah i don't think it's for me lol. Id rather get fired by a overbearing faggot manager than let someone down ( which i will because I'm useless undisciplined pos) who I don't think is a bad person ( he certainly didn't seem a bad guy)
