No, it has only cured some of my problems.

Work your rotator cuffs. Buy a set of resistance bands, tie them around a sturdy vertical pole, and work those cuffs. Remember, it's an endurance lift, not a power lift. You just want to make them tired.

I think it was a mix of overtraining, not stretching, and possibly incorrect posture/stance.
 
I'm about to start blasting test. Fuck health, I've got nothing to lose anyway so I might as well leave humanity behind.

Squatting? There's no free lunch. That's a very high-risk exercise.
 
I think gymmaxxing partly led to me rupturing my Achilles.

I also had nagging pains in my leg and shoulder that I only had then.

Nah, doing upper-body back-workouts: I dont squat, due to the risk of it.
 
Several damaged discs and a torn meniscus (self-diagnosed) in my left knee. I gymmaxx but I don't recommend deadlifts, barbell bent over rows or the like. Little gain for high risk.
 
got sick after intense training once but it's ok now
 
I don't bother to because it's borderline impossible for me to gain muscles. I have abs but only because of low body fat.
