The key to this is to drink a butt ton of fucking water tbhdedsrszngl
literally.
when drinking, drink a full cup of water, and then drink another. when you feel full, drink another half. when you get done drinking, drink another cup of water... and another, bed down, and when you need to go pee, pee. and then drink another cup.

this theory works 100% to make the hangover -95% less painful/annoying.
the only downside is you pee a lot, but a necessary sacrifice for salvation.
