I used to go weeks in between but came to a realization. If I feel dirty to the point where it's distracting or I have a hard time sleeping, it's 100% worth showering. Society would want you to stay dirty, to "save water" and for "climate change" etc, while showering daily themselves. So more recently I shower when I feel dirty which has been roughly every 2-3 days.

What's the point of showering when you're a neet? You obviously have to eat, sleep, brush your teeth. But showering is unnecessary. I don't have to impress normies. I know it's over so I'm not trying to impress women either.
