Discussion Do you think having hobbies can prevent one to have a parthner ?

Do you think having hobbies can prevent one to have a parthner ? For example : programming, sport, games, series, etc... For my case i feel like ouside is very dangerous and in the same time medias tell me to have deep hobbies. I feel locked in my situation because i have a lot of hobbies and if i try to met people irl there is always insecurity, of course gangsters making me feel unsafe and very uncomforble and don't repeat this again, staying at home geeking. Do you experience the same ?

hobbies are a bonus thing. Something you do when you've already fulfilled the necessary parts of your life. Say a job, wife and kids and a stable life. You have a hobby because things get repetitive and so on.
A "hobby" when you don't even have anything going on for you is a self medicated coping session.

Depends on how NT your hobby is. If your hobby is "sports" then you're good. If your hobby is excessively nerdy it is either a huge disadvabtage or advantage depending on how attractive you are. The only foids that will find a very nerdy hobby cute are the ones who genuinely see you as disabled and want to rescue you by fulfilling the maternal insistinct that they will never statisfy because they are brainwashed. Either way they wont date you if you're ugly they will just talk in a baby voice and let you talk about it while they laugh to their friends and say "nooo stawwwpp i kinda feel baaad" worst of them all scum of the earth they will get 100 cats and say they are smart like children. So just have a common hobby like chess and reading and you will sound kinda smart (their foid brain will use that compensate your ugliness on their scale) ,without saying anything overly weird, i think thats the best way to play it
