How have you guys been coping or trying to improve your life recently? Are you well?
I am on the same boat as always. I took a brief self-ban as I was spending too much time rotting on here, many hours a day, but I felt the urge to come here to vent and brood again.
Still can't imagine myself functioning as a normal person in society. I haven't gotten the energy to do the stuff I needed to do, as usual.
