First of all call upon God and he will answer!! First here is some scripture on the issue .
The third letter of john verse 2
2 "Beloved, I pray that all may go well with you and that you may be in good health, as it goes well with your soul."
So God want you to have good health whether physical or mental.
Isaiah chapter 53:1-5
"Who has believed what he has heard from us?
And to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed?
2 For he grew up before him like a young plant,
and like a root out of dry ground;
he had no form or majesty that we should look at him,
and no beauty that we should desire him.
3 He was despised and rejected[b] by men,
a man of sorrows[c] and acquainted with[d] grief
and as one from whom men hide their faces[f]
he was despised, and we esteemed him not.
4 Surely he has borne our griefs
and carried our sorrows;
yet we esteemed him stricken,
smitten by God, and afflicted.
5 But he was pierced for our transgressions;
he was crushed for our iniquities;
upon him was the chastisement that brought us peace,
and with his wounds we are healed."
1 Peter 2:24
"He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we might die to sin and live to righteousness. By his wounds you have been healed."
We were created by a healing God that want us to have good mental health and so next time you feel despair or despondent or want to give up call upon God and pray to him. Right now is a perfect time to confess Jesus as your Lord. If you want a prayer for salvation just ask in the comments God bless!!
