The reason people be afraid is because of what happens next - and its unknown. Wouldn’t it be like that and we would know what comes after it would be much simpler.

Heaven/Hell - everyone would behave and just wait for entering the paradise, almost ignoring the cruelty the world holds in it.

I’m 99.99% sure it’s nothing. Believing in a God that gives you the silent treatment while inflicting you pain is extremely cucked. If there is a God, I trust that he’s reasonable enough to realize that I have obvious reasons for not believing. If he’s not that reasonable, then we’re all kinda fucked and already in hell, governed by a malevolent deity.
