Nowadays I do light workout, so I squat with 30 Kg for example and I do three sets, each set 8 reps.
So, I don't know. My one rep max should be higher. How much? No clue. I don't do it to get big anymore.
I stay fit, that is all.
I can just as well do those sets woth the same amount of reps with 45 Kg, btw. I am just lazy.
Same for benchpress. I do 45 Kg for eight reps and three sets. Warm up is additionl of course.
But 45 Kg is really easy.
It's all just to keep a baseline, nothing more, tbh.
As for curls, I can do 30 for a couple of reps. Never tried one rep max. lol
I do the romanian deadlifts but nowadays also only with 30 Kg, which is nothing.
I need more weights, which I don't have yet.
Might get me more when I get a job again and have some spare money.
