What's your squat one rep max?

What's your bench press one rep max?

No clue tbh. Last time I have given some fake numbers to a user here to troll and agitate him.

Dude was obviousely raging and I liked that.

I really have no clue.

Nowadays I do light workout, so I squat with 30 Kg for example and I do three sets, each set 8 reps.

So, I don't know. My one rep max should be higher. How much? No clue. I don't do it to get big anymore.

I stay fit, that is all.

I can just as well do those sets woth the same amount of reps with 45 Kg, btw. I am just lazy.

Same for benchpress. I do 45 Kg for eight reps and three sets. Warm up is additionl of course.

But 45 Kg is really easy.

It's all just to keep a baseline, nothing more, tbh.

As for curls, I can do 30 for a couple of reps. Never tried one rep max. lol

I do the romanian deadlifts but nowadays also only with 30 Kg, which is nothing.

I need more weights, which I don't have yet.

Might get me more when I get a job again and have some spare money.

How did you become crippled? Was it from lifting?

I mean, I fucked up my lower back while barbell squatting, but luckily it fully healed.

No idea whether this can be considered a homegym, tbh.

Just a standard bench for normal bench, incline and decline benchpress, an ab-roller, dumbbells, one of those long bars which can take up to 150 Kg, I think and a shorter bar for curls, a gymnastic ball and those balls and roles for fascial massage.

I have learned a lot of exercises which can be done at home with the use of little equipment, so.

All I need is something to train my leg bicep. But romanian deadlifts do that also and I ride my scooter, which also works those muscles.
 
Last time I checked my bench was 185lb, my deadlift was maybe 235lb, and my squat was the shittiest at 190lb. But I was very inconsistent this year because I stopped caring and I hated getting mogged, so I lost a lot of strength since I rotted at home. However, I’ll purchase equipment and start working out from home because I have nothing else to do

I only have a cheap Chinese squat rack, a cheap non-adjustable bench, a dip belt, and a barbell, but I do have a lot of weight plates (they add up to 180 kg / 400 lbs).

Shit hip genes so I can’t hit depth in the squat and I can only sumo deadlift. Even if I sumo deadlift my hips get inflamed so I don’t do it anymore.

The total weight in plates that I have is approximately 60 Kg, so there is a lot to be desired.

But then again, I don't do it for big muscles anymore or to impress foidscum.

It was brutal asf, I had to get hip surgery back in 2022 cause I got injured due to my hip genes.

At this point I have just accepted its ovER and just do alternative exercises.

You can't do 1 push up? How is that possible? Are you overweight?
I'm 5'6 at around 55 kilos (121lbs.) Never been in any way strong enough to do pull ups or push ups. Sit ups are fine doe
 
225 lbs bench 335 lbs squat 385 lbs deadlift got gym membership November 2023 when I could bench like 95 lbs

I never formally test 1RM but

12 reps of 155 lbs benchpress on a good day if I haven't done anything else

10 reps 155 lbs squat same story

I forgot what my hex bar deadlift was but 1RM probably under 300 lbs

According to the one-rep max calculator, your max bench is around 98 kg (215 lb).

It just goes to show if you have subpar genes you're fucked.
