Mine’s a simple push-pull routine 4 days a week.

For push day, I do 2 sets of barbell bench press and 2 sets of weighted push-ups using a backpack.

For pull day, I do 2 sets of pull-ups, 2 sets of barbell rows, and 3 to 4 sets of dumbbell lateral raises.

I train with low volume and go to failure. I don’t train legs often, but when I do, I do barbell squats and Romanian deadlifts.

That's my current workout routine. What's yours?

i don't work out anymore

I live in the literal wilderness so I started trying to do push ups in my room last week. So far so good :feelskek:

I do the ppl split combined with calisthenics

100 push ups, squats and sit-ups a day.

I hate working out in general, but exercising is good. I have a bicycle, just bought one recently. I partially do training with huge wood logs, they weight approximately 20-30kg

I used to do calisthenics when I was 15, mostly pull-ups and push ups. 40-50 push-ups, 15 pull-ups per day, for 2 months.

Run 3.5 miles (5.6 km) 5 times a week.

x2 Hardcore 25 minute cardio sessions a day, then rest the day after, then back at it again the next day.

I need to lose all my remaining fat by mid August

have you lost any weight?

have you lost any weight?
Yes, quite a lot.

I don’t track exactly how much I lose, but I’ve noticed significant progress in the mirror and in the way I fit into my clothes

I haven't worked out since I was a teenager. I just LDAR.

Good for you, man. I need to lose weight because I'm at about 28% body fat, but I can't find the motivation. I might hop on a weight loss medication like Wegovy just to make things easier.

Everyday I spend at least half an hour exercising my thumbs via video games.

Quit gym so i just do pushups and pull ups now

Push pull legs; however recently I been breaking up push into 2 days so I can focus on improving my bench press with chest having its own day.

How much can you bench press currently?

Ugh long story. Haven’t tried anywhere near max lately, I’m building way back up off a layoff.

But to answer your question I am confident I could do 225. Was doing 265 a couple years ago for 2-3 reps at my strongest. My goal is to hit 315.

You're strong. If you could bench 265 lbs/120 kg for 3 reps, you could most likely bench 315 lbs/140 kg if you stay consistent.

I do pullups, pushups, crunches, squats and bicep curls "fullbody split" every second day, I can do about 10 pullups, when i started i could barley do 3 so big gains already.

Thanks bro. I’m adding 5lbs every week for x number of reps. Then when the reps get too slow, I back down like 30lbs and continue adding 5 lbs each week.
